All services will require a $30 deposit. The deposit will be applied to your total cost IF you keep your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and are ONLY transferable IF there is an opening the same day.
Please arrive at your appointment time. There is a 15 minute grace period on all appointments. If you are later than 15 minutes your appointment has been canceled and you would need to reschedule.
No call, no show? You can NOT book again.
Due to limited space, please do not bring ANYONE with you to your appointment, unless they are being serviced.
Unless you have added a shampoo to your service or booked a silk press, please come shampooed, blow dried and product free. I do NOT do dirty hair. If you have not washed your hair the same day or the night before, I will wash it and $25 will be added to your service.
Frontals and wigs are requested 3 days prior to your appointment for prepping. For same day customizing $40 will be added to your service. I am closed on Sundays and Mondays, which means you can not drop off hair to me on these days. If your appointment is on Tuesday, your wig needs to be dropped off Saturday. If you are reusing a wig, please shampoo and condition it before your appointment.
If I have to lose time providing a service to untangle matted hair $25 will be added to your service.
