Dr. Siskind is currently working on transferring over his patients from PCPA. If you're a transfer patient, please book either an 40-minute intake (if you have a lot to talk about) or a 20-minute followup (if there's not much going on), your choice. If you're not a current or former patient of Dr. Siskind's, please wait a few months until we are fully set up.
Before you book an appointment, please make sure you've checked whether you meet our New Patient Suitability Requirements. After booking an appointment, please remember to fill out an Intake Packet and arrange payment.
