Appointment Policy:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so by using the link attached to your confirmation email. There is one reschedule allowed per deposit.
All appointments will require a nonrefundable $25 deposit. Deposits secure the time slot of your appointment and will go towards your service. Remaining balance can be paid in cash/card/Apple Pay. Please have exact when paying cash.
If you are 10 minutes late with no call or text your appointment will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED and counted as a No-Show. No-Shows will not be able to book with us in the future.
Lash Clients: Please do not come to your appointment with makeup on with a heavy emphasis on NO MASCARA. Makeup/mascara takes time to remove properly before applying lashes and you will need to add a deep cleanse to your service that incurs an additional fee- and takes time away from the actual lash application.
Please book fills accordingly. If you have less than 40% of your lashes, then you will need to book a Level 2 fill. if you have less than 20% of your lashes, you will need a full set. If you are unsure please send photos BEFORE booking. Thank you so much for your continued business.
*Each lash set is customized to your eye shape, lash length and lash health.
Teeth Whitening Clients:
- You MUST complete the electronic waiver (sent after scheduling your appointment) in order to be serviced. Completing the waiver lets me know you agree with and understand the terms of the session.
- Be sure to eat prior to appointment since there are restrictions on what you can eat right after whitening. You will receive aftercare information once your session is completed.
- Please be sure to brush your teeth before your appointment.
- If you are unsure whether you are a candidate for whitening or not, please send a picture of your teeth prior to appointment.
Cancelation Policy- Must cancel no sooner than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel after the 24 hour mark you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Must wear a mask to be serviced. If you are sick you must reschedule.
