Consultation fees are non-refundable, however you may reschedule your appointment online at no additional cost up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

-It will look like you are scheduling an appointment BUT YOU ARE NOT-we are simply using our scheduling software to log requests on to our working calendar.
- Routine requests will be filled within 5 business days. If your pet has run out of medication or will run out of medication in the next 3-5 days then check the EMERGENCY PRESCRIPTION REQUEST box below and submit payment for next business day processing (normal business hours are 8-4 M-F not including holidays and weekends).
