Our Express Delivery includes:
- Door-to-door service
- Street Level/Ground Floor only (no stairs/steps involved)
- Customer assistance required for items over 30kg
- Ability to allocate a specific weekday
- 6 hour* delivery window during business hours
The 6 hour* delivery window applies to all time slots
E.g. If you book for 9:30am, we'll ask the courier to deliver between 9:30am and 3:30pm.
If you don't see a particular timeslot, it means that it's booked out.
*The 6 hour window is indicative only. Not guaranteed. Delays outside our control can occur.
