Floating Yoga Fundamentals will go over the basics of a yoga practice on and off the mat, Yamas/Niyamas, Movement Asana, Meditation, Breathwork and how the concept of the 5 elements can help us along our journey of actualizing strength, flexibility, grace, growth and spacial awareness. Each session will build on these last developing our own unique practice tailored to us.
