Acuity is the scheduling service available to all clients through my direct website. If you have a scheduling question or would like to inquire about squeeze-in/emergency appointments please text 919-578-7352 and we will get back to you within 24 business hours. Please use the website as your first booking method.
When booking online there will be a deposit fee of 50% of your service total. This will need to be paid through Acuity to secure your appointment. The remainder of the balance can be paid with cash or debit/credit card. (Debit/Credit Card is preferred).
Please be sure to select the proper add on service if you need your previous hair extensions removed and/or your hair shampooed before your extension appointment. Slot times are spaced exactly for the service indicated. Failure to specify when booking will result in a $100 dollar fee on top of your service price.
Please refrain from bringing extra guests that are not being serviced to your appointment. Small children are prohibited.
Rescheduling/Cancelling:
In the instance that I, Nafisah Carter, have to reschedule your appointment, your deposit is transferable to the alternate date for the service.
In the instance that you, the client, need to reschedule/cancel an appointment please do so within 48 hours of your original appointment time. By doing so your deposit will be transferable to your rescheduled service date.
Failure to notify myself or my assistant at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable deposit. Therefore, when you reschedule the appointment you will be required to pay a new deposit fee and you will be charged 100% of the remaining balance of your service. If you are a No Call/ No show, you will no longer be able to book with The Salon Raleigh by Nafisah Carter and will be charged 100% of the remaining balance of your service.
Each client is given one (1) time to reschedule their appointment. On the second (2nd reschedule, your appointment will be cancelled. The deposit will be non-transferable and non-refundable. You will need to book a new appointment and pay a new deposit fee.
Change (Add/Change and Remove) of Service:
Note: Please make sure you know the ETA of your hair extensions before scheduling your appointment.
- Allowed to be changed within 72 hrs. from original service
- Amount can't be changed within 72 hrs. from original service
- Must advise thru text and call before 72 hrs.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Adding/Removing service is subject for approval
- Any sudden changes on the service will be subject to emergency fees
