Acuity is the scheduling service available to all clients through my direct website. If you have a scheduling question or would like to inquire about squeeze-in/emergency appointments please text 919-578-7352 and we will get back to you within 24 business hours. Please use the website as your first booking method.
When booking online there will be a deposit fee of 50% of your service total. This will need to be paid through Acuity to secure your appointment. The remainder of the balance can be paid with cash or debit/credit card. (Debit/Credit Card is preferred).
Please be sure to select the proper add on service if you need your previous hair extensions removed and/or your hair shampooed before your extension appointment. Slot times are spaced exactly for the service indicated. Failure to specify when booking will result in a $100 dollar fee on top of your service price.
Please refrain from bringing extra guests that are not being serviced to your appointment. Small children are prohibited.
- All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. By booking your appointment, you agree to these terms.
- Appointments can be rescheduled if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment date. Only one reschedule is permitted per deposit.
- Cancellations made more than 5 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
- Deposits can be applied to a new appointment within 30 days of the original booking.
- Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 100% charge of the total service fee, as this affects both my schedule and travel arrangements.
Change (Add/Change and Remove) of Service:
Important Note: Please ensure you know the ETA of your hair extensions before scheduling your appointment.
- Service changes are allowed up to 72 hours before the original appointment.
- Amounts cannot be adjusted within 72 hours of the scheduled service.
- Changes must be communicated via both text and call at least 72 hours prior.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Adding or removing services is subject to approval.
- Any last-minute changes to the service may incur emergency fees.
