We kindly recommend allowing yourself extra time to find parking, as free parking is not available in the area.
Section 1 | Availability:
a) Appointments will be released on the 25th of each month at 21:00PM.
b) All bookings require a £30 deposit. This £30 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances except we cancel. The deposit will be deducted from your remaining balance.
Section 2 | Rescheduling & cancellations :
a) We permit 2 reschedules. Rescheduled appointments must be within the same month.
b) In the event that you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment please provide 24hrs notice of your cancellation.
Section 3 | Late policy & no shows :
a) We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. However, to ensure that we can provide timely and quality service to all our clients, we have implemented a late arrival fee policy:
10 minutes late = £15 fee
15 minutes late = £25 fee.
b) If you are 20 minutes late your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
d) If we have received no update up to the point of cancellation it will be classed as a NO SHOW and your card will be charged the remaining balance of your appointment. Anything communicated after the 20 minute mark will not count.
e) If you notify us of any delay we may still go ahead with your appointment. In the event you’re allowed to attend your appointment past the given grace period your ETA + £5 will be your late fee.
f) Failure to attend your appointment will result in your card being charged the remaining balance of appointment.
Section 4 | Premium & out of hours:
a) Appointments before 12:00 PM, after 16:00 PM are considered premium slots and will include a £20 fee. All Saturday appointments will also be considered as premium slots. (This does not apply to your barbering appointments)
b) Bank holiday appointments will be an additional £25
c) If there are no slots available we may still be able to accommodate you if you enquire. This will be classed as an emergency slot with a £30 fee.
Section 5: Appointment prep:
a) If you add a wash and blow-dry, we ask that you fully detangle your hair and any previous style, including loc styles, must be removed. A £30 fee applies if we need to detangle or remove styles, provided there's enough time. If not, you will lose your deposit and the appointment will be cancelled.
