If you have medical conditions, take medications and have had a recent surgery (past 6 months), please call me on 07891573397 before booking an appointment. If you would like a longer session than an hour, please contact me.

If you don't receive a booking confirmation email after making the appointment, please check a spam folder and contact me with your email address.

If you purchase a course of three sessions, and you wish to book for the second and the third session, a link for these sessions will be on your booking confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy at the Hale Clinic:

The clinic operates 24-hour notice (48-hour notice for Monday appointment) for any cancellation or change you may wish to make to this booking. Cancelling and changing your appointment less than the notice period will incur a 100% late cancellation fee, and you will lose your full payment for a session.

If you arrive later than 15 minutes, either your treatment will be shortened or I won't be able to see you depending on how late you arrive, so please arrive slightly early at the clinic.
