All of her services are holistic and pull from her work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist, Usui Reiki Master, Kemetic Reiki Healer, Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher and training in Expressive Arts Therapy, EFT Tapping, Herbalism, African Spirituality & Religions and Integrative Mental Health & Nutrition.
