DEPOSITS:
- There is a $40.00 Deposit that is required to secure all hair appointments.
- Your paid Deposit will be applied to your selected service(s).
- PLEASE NOTE; all Deposits are FINAL SALE. Your remaining balance will be due at the completion of your appointment using either Acuity, Cash, Cash App, Zelle or Venmo.

- After the deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text.
RESCHEDULING:
- In order to reschedule your appointment through the system, 24 hours notice is required.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, the $40.00 deposit will be applied to your newly scheduled date/appointment automatically. However, this does not apply if you cancel your appointment on the same day.
CANCELLATIONS:
- If you cancel or don't show up to your appointment & no notice was given in advance, you will no longer have the opportunity to book with us in the future.
LATENESS:
- There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10.00 late fee will be applied to your current remaining balance. After 20 minutes, your scheduled appointment will be automatically canceled.
- If you are late multiple times for your appointments, you will no longer have the opportunity to book with us in the future.
PHOTO RELEASE STATEMENT:
We may ask you for Before and After photos of your hair. These pictures will be used for promotional purposes only. When booking your appointment you are agreeing that The Locness Goddess can use your photos for social media.
MANDATORY PROTOCOLS:
- If you have ANY signs of illness, please call to cancel & remain at home to take care of yourself. Your deposit will be available for you to use at your next appointment.
