Participation in this event is limited to children and grandchildren that are either Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or CODA. Children must be ages infant to 12.
You must be within 30 mile radius from Detroit or within 15 mile radius from Flint. Gifts for outside these zones may be mailed for an extra charge.
