IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE BOOKING:
If you are booking for multiple players/coaches in one cohort (up to 5), you can just put all their names in the form boxes.
You MUST book your appointment within 7 days of your athlete’s original photo day to be added into your team’s photo at no cost. After 7 days, you will be charged a $30 addin fee. Please note: if your organization did NOT choose a teamless (Green screened) team photo, there will be an additional $30 fee to have your player photoshopped in to your team photo (optional).
