🔸MY POLICY🔸
**PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE STICK AS CLOSELY TO APPOINTMENT TIMES. However, on busy days there may be a wait. PLEASE make your appointment time when your free and available.
🔸DEPOSITS🔸
⚠️There is a mandatory NON-REFUNDABLE $20 deposit due when you are scheduling your appointment to secure your space.⚠️
All deposits goes toward your service. Or can be kept in place to schedule your next appointment before leaving with me. If you choose to leave your deposit in place you will be required to pay your full service balance for your service.
Deposits are $20 and is due at the time you make your appointment. Deposits are to be sent using our accepted payment methods. If you don’t have cash app, paypal, or apple pay you can also bring cash to me personally. You MUST book using your credit deposit or pick up and arrange shipment for any purchased items within 30 calendar days.
LATE: If you are more then 15 minutes late to your appointment, You may have to reschedule your appointment and only half of your deposit will transfer to your rescheduled appointment. After 20 minutes, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: will result in you losing your deposit for the first No Call/No Show appointment. For your next appointment you will have to pay for your service upfront
RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS: If you have scheduled your appointment and the time and date does not work for you and you’d like to change it you may do so. BUT only half of your deposit will transfer to your next appointment. The other half is retained as a transfer fee.
Appointments may be rescheduled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failing to do so will result in you losing your deposit.
You may only reschedule your appointment 1 time.

Please be mindful that all appointments will take longer then 30 minutes! You will receive a text the day before your appointment or the day of confirming, upon confirmation you will receive your balance and shop location.
