These one on one or small group sessions are with a qualified and experienced strength and conditioning coach. They can be conducted in person or online with the options of using our facility, yours or even outdoor field sessions. Be coached in the form, function and benefit of exercise whilst using a specialised program under supervision.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
Adult Lift Fit
A lifting circuit class designed around high rep / low weight activities to increase your cardiac output whilst working your muscles. This 1 hour class will hit all your muscle groups, make you sweat and challenge your endurance.
STRONG Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
