POLICY:
- A $25 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
- If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours, your deposit will NOT be refunded, and an ADDITIONAL $25 fee will be charged, if you call or no show 5 hours before appointment.
- Deposits are only transferrable IF you reschedule within 24 hours of initial appointment.
- CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DAY AS INITIAL APPOINTMENT FORFEITS YOUR ORIGINAL DEPOSIT AND A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED. - Please do not contact stylist to reschedule appointment, if you know you are not in the 24 hour bracket. Please rebook and we will gladly service you.
- There is only a 15 minute grace period. After 20 MINUTES, your appointment is automatically canceled.
- **** Please bring all closures, frontals, or wigs in 2 days before your appointment. Also, please do not bring soak & wet weave hair in the day of expecting to dry over your appointed time.****
- If your weave needs color please bring in hair 2 days before your appointment.
- PLEASE SELECT PROPER ADD-ONS to the service you want!
- **** If you need an appointment on the same day please add on same day fee. Same day/Squeeze in fee is $25.
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT MEANS YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS LISTED ABOVE.
