Here are a few things you should know prior to your appointment:
Requirements:
- Client must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving.
- Clients should not plan on bringing other guests with them, unless they are bringing children younger than 16 for an appointment.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before appointment time for initial consultation (if it’s your first service or new treatment) There’s a 10 minute grace period if late. Any time after 10 minutes appointments can either be rescheduled or the treatment service can be shortened.
- Payments for service should be through Apple Pay, Zelle, or Cash. We no longer accept cash app or Venmo.
- Client will disrobe for treatment and given a SPA robe to put on.
- Ample time is being allocated between treatments for staff to sanitize the treatment room following the sanitation checklist.
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled outside of 24 hours will be charged for the full service. There is a $65.00 rescheduling fee and $20.00 late fee on top of the initial payment. This payment WILL NOT be applied to the treatment cost/appointment. If payment is not received you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
