If your a new client can you please book with the FIRST appointment option as this has the consultation form attached to it, plus you would also need to sign the GDPR and my terms and conditions.
If you are a returning client can you please book the appointment that states FOLLOW UP as you would have already filled in and signed all paperwork needed. Unless having facial products for first time as this is a separate form.Anyone who books but has not filled in the consultation etc will be refused treatment.
There is a £10 deposit needed to secure your appointment, the deposit is non refundable. You can use the deposit to reschedule your appointment up until 48 hours before your appointment but this has to be done within a 2 week period, ( except in special circumstances ).
Any cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment or no show appointments your deposit will be withheld and not used to reschedule your appointment. There is also a 100% charge of your treatment is cancelled within 48hrs / no show to your appointment.
I am self employed and rely on appointments being kept or given appropriate notice of cancellations so I could fill in the available appointment with another client.
Please also note that there are stairs to climb to get to my treatment room, it is up 2 flights in main building then another in my apartment. In special circumstances when for mobility issues that can’t manage stairs and living local to me I will do a home visit. Depending on the distance there will be an extra charge for this. Please contact me if you require a home visit before booking.
