DEPOSITS
The deposit is non-refundable however, it can be applied to another session if the session/event is canceled within 48 hours before the session/event or if the weather does not permit photography. Please let us know if you would like to still schedule your session.
LATE FEE
We understand that things can happen unexpectedly. Please come dressed and ready for your session. Please be mindful there are clients who've booked sessions after you. We allow our clients a window of 15 minutes after the session starts to show. We reserve the right to charge a late fee after that time period as well as refuse service. Anything later than 30 minutes Is an automatic forfeit of the session and all payments paid shall be retained by Busy Beez Photography LLC. The client will have to start the initial booking process over.
EDITING TIME
You should expect to receive your pictures back within 2-3 weeks. Mondays are not considered business days. Please schedule your sessions accordingly so you can know that you will have the pictures back in enough time. We do offer a 2-3 day Rush Edit as well as 4-7 Rush Edit for an extra cost.***The editing time may vary depending on the amount of editing required.***
