We can't wait to help you find your perfect prom dress and look forward to working with you at our store! Golden Asp requires appointments and does not take walk-ins. Please make your appointment today as spots are limited. Below are our policies regarding appointments:
- We do not charge for appointments, but we do require credit card authorization (reserve without paying) to schedule an appointment. Customers must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 credit card charge.
- NO PAYMENT IS DUE AT APPOINTMENT TIME AS WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR APPOINTMENTS
- We request that customers try on a minimum of 6 dresses during their appointment.
- All prom shoppers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian a minimum of 25 years old.
- Each customer is allowed to bring 1 guest while shopping (3 people in total). GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD OR OLDER. This policy is strictly enforced.
- Golden Asp Stocks Sizes 00-24
- Each appointment is a maximum of 1 hour and 15 minutes from appointment time to finish.
- If shopping with a group, a separate appointment is required for each group member trying on dresses.
