PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND IMPORTANT POLICIES BELOW BEFORE BOOKING.

NEW/CURRENT CLIENTS: Book your appointments accordingly along with a valid credit/debit card. Please message me if you have any questions before booking!

• $40 non-refundable deposit required FOR LASH APPOINTMENTS (This is included to your final payment) - Remaining balance will be due on the day of appointment in CASH OR ZELLE ONLY.

• No deposit is needed for WAXING APPOINTMENTS. Card would still be needed to have on file for any last minute cancellations/No Shows.

• If need be rescheduling/canceling must be 48 HOURS/2 DAYS prior to appointment in order for deposit to be transferable. (No exceptions)

• Failure to notifying me 48 hours in advanced, your deposit will no longer be transferable which means a new deposit must be made to schedule an appointment again.

CARD ON FILE WILL NEVER BE CHARGED UNLESS THE FOLLOWING:

SAME DAY CANCELLATION = will be charged 50% of the remaining balance of service

NO CALL/NO SHOW = will be charged 100% of the remaining balance of service

LATE POLICY/FEE: If you are running a few mins late, let me know and I will still accommodate you. (When late to an appointment, the less time I have to give you the desired set you would want.)

Over 10 mins late: will require a LATE FEE of $10.

Over 15 mins late: Appointment will be CANCELLED. Therefore WILL BE CHARGED 50% of the service with card on file. In order to reschedule again, another deposit is required.

ARRIVE ON TIME. I do have clients back to back so please be considerate of my time and yours.
