we will NOT be able to complete the transaction and you will have to
reschedule your appointment.

We are located downtown Hamilton at 151 York Boulevard, Suite 208, in the same building as
Starbucks. Enter through the door at the centre of the building
on York Blvd, beside Starbucks. Take the elevator to the second floor, and
follow the signs to suite 208.
- Parking:
Do NOT pay for parking. Bring your license plate number with you and we
will enter it into the parking system. We do NOT reimburse parking
that already has been paid.
- Valid
ID: You need to bring 2 pieces of valid, government issued ID (at
least one with photo) at the time of your appointment. Electronic ID’s and
photocopies will NOT be accepted.

documentation: Bring any printed documentation such as an instruction
letter from your employer or correspondence from a government department

- Digital

and Immigration Canada. This letter must include the address for third
party results and should have a CIC file number, which will be included in
your transaction. Please ensure this letter is either emailed to the
office or printed off and brought with you to the appointment.
- Ink & Roll Fingerprints: If you are sending Ink & Roll Fingerprints to another country (Not CA or USA), please confirm BEFORE BOOKING how many sets you need and which form the country
will accept, as some countries will not accept the RCMP C-216 form. We
have the current FBI forms at the office for those who need to send prints
to the FBI.
- Biometrics:
If you have received a letter from Immigration, Refugees and
Citizenship Canada requesting BIOMETRICS, you MUST go to your nearest
Service Canada Center – only Service Canada can complete this type of
request.
