This cooking class will focus on easy and healthy recipes that are versatile and make for quick meal assembly to set you up for those busy weeks. We will look at a day of eating and provide a template for meal planning. At the end of class, we will enjoy what we have prepared together. Class will be led by Sync registered dietitian, Lauren Zimmerman.
