A 50 minute traditional matwork pilates class. With our intimate class numbers you'll be able to not only learn the fundamentals of pilates but develop your core and overall body strength. Our Mat classes focus on your stabilising muscles, alignment (posture) and correct muscle patterns. Join us on the Mat and link your breathe to your movement, discover the balance your mind and your body have been craving.
Our Studio class gives your body the full pilates experience on our state of the art equipment, with only 6 participants per session. Studio sessions are
taught in a Pilates circuit format, with the use of various apparatus’ depending on the days program. Sessions can include reformer, wunda chair, barre, balls & bands. If you're a fan of all things pilates, this one is for you!
Would you like cardio with that? You'll find it and more, during our Barre Pilates sessions. Think of these workouts as standing pilates; extremely functional, super sweaty with awesome beats that make you want to boogie. Please note: You will need to be injury/pain free for these sessions, if not we recommend private sessions to get you back on track.
