3 1/2 hour workshops (but this is flexible to your needs) tailored to your organisation and situation.
These might cover: stress management * healthy weight * fitness * back care * improving focus & performance * managing embodied workplace issues (sedentary work/standing/lifting/driving, etc)
Workshops are about movement and practising techniques and are not a "lecture style". Participants receive workbooks and afternoon or morning tea is included for up to 20 people. More can be cater
