Pfizer (5-11) is authorized for anyone aged 5 to 11 years old. Individuals between the ages of 5 and 11 must have a parent/guardian present at the time of the appointment to receive the vaccine.
Pfizer (12+) is authorized for use in anyone aged 12 and older. Individuals between the ages of 12 and 18 must have a parent/guardian present at the time of the appointment to receive the vaccine.
Moderna is authorized for use in anyone aged 18 and older.
Johnson & Johnson (J&J Janssen) is authorized for use in anyone aged 18 and older. Women younger than 50 years old especially should be aware of the rare but increased risk of thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS). TTS is a serious condition that involves blood clots with low platelets. There are other COVID-19 vaccine options available where this risk has not been seen.

**People ages 18 through 49 years who are not moderately or severely immunocompromised and who received Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 Vaccine as both their primary series dose and booster dose may receive a second booster dose using an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna*) at least 4 months after the first Janssen booster dose.
