Not ready to adopt but want to provide a temporary home for a pet and while we work to find an adoptive home for them? Want to take a pet home to see if they are a good match before committing to adopting? Maybe you are interested in providing a temporary home for pets who need more care such as young kittens, or recovering pets. Fostering may be a great option for you. Emergency pet food assistance is available to families who are residents of Alamance County. The limit is 1 pet food appointment per month for up to 5 pets.

Need a way to de-stress? What better way than to relax with some furry friends?! We will be hosting another cat and kitten yoga at Burlington Animal Services! Please only schedule one appointment per person. Duplicates will be deleted. If registering for another person, please do so under their name.

Times: 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm
Cost: Minimum donation of $20 towards our Medical Fund*
