During the private class I work on the aspects of training the gymnast wants to improve on. I can help you increase flexibility, strength, apparatus handling and body technique.

The private class will address specific areas of the routines that are hard to get to during regular training. Connections, dance steps, expression, specific position of the arms, head, etc. We will also work on all the small details that improve the apparatus technique.
