CANCELLATION POLICY

Inner Rhythm Pilates has a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes, private group classes, private lessons and semi-private lessons. Clients will be held responsible for payment in full when appointments are not cancelled with proper advance notice. This includes “No-Shows”. A client is considered a “No-Show” if they do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time. After this 15-minute grace period the availability of the scheduled instructor is no longer guaranteed.
