Deposits: Deposits NON REFUNDABLE. deposits are required at the time of booking.
Rescheduling: use your confirmation emailto reschedule. valid 48 hours before original appointment. You are allowed 1 reschdule per appointment.
LATENESS: At the 15 minute, $15 late fee will be added to the servie total. at 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: Will recieve full service charge
