PAYMENT & LATE POLICY
THE EXPERIENCE STUDIOS (EXP Studios) requires a 100% non-refundable deposit to reserve our studio. If client doesn’t call, arrive and check-in with ID within 1 hour of booked time, EXP Studios reserves the right to release remaining studio time.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The client accepts responsibility for any and all damage to the walls, floors, equipment, fixtures, appliances, couches, props, and anything housed or affixed on or inside the studio during the time of their booking. The client is responsible for the REPLACEMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT MISSING OR DAMAGED. The client is also responsible for returning the studio to the same condition as it was at the beginning of their rental. EXP Studios will accept responsibility for standard cleaning after the client’s booking has ended. All trash is to be placed in the receptacles by the client and/or production crew. A $50 excessive cleanup fee will be applied to the client's bill if the studio is not returned to an acceptable condition.
PRIVACY
Each studio is enclosed by privacy walls so that you and your client will not be disturbed and won't have anybody peeking into your session. We understand that every client may not be comfortable with others being able to see them as other studios may be more open spaced. We want everybody to have the ability to have and maintain a private session while using our studios.
STUDIO A - CYC WALL
Shoe coverings are required for each non-talent stepping on cyc wall floor. $5 per shoe cover, if needed. A $350 damage fee will be applied to the client's bill if the cyc wall curve is damaged.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
If the client cancels within 10 days of their reserved time, they may reschedule for a later date 1 time. Studio time is not transferable or re-sellable. Only the client listed will be able to take possession of the studio space at the reserved time.
RENTALS
When selecting studio time for reservation, please be sure to select each hour you would like to reserve. All rentals are subject to review and may require additional fees based on the rental specifics. For event rental inquires, please email us at info@expstudiosatl.com .
Payment of deposit fee constitutes as an agreement to EXP Studios' policy & procedures.
