1. All appointments will require a mask. NO MASK NO SERVICE. Some will be available for purchase while supplies last. If no mask are available your appointment will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
2. Pick your desired time and date. Make sure to put in up to date information for possible cancellations or reminders and confirmations will be sent via email.
3. DO NOT PAY IN FULL! If you pay in full that balance will not be refundable under any circumstances along with your deposit! If you pay in full and request a reschedule within the 48 hour cancellation period you must schedule a following appointment within 2 weeks. If you do not reschedule at all your whole payment will be compromised. If cancellation is because of your nail tech deposits maybe subject to refund or reschedule without refund. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!! Deposits paid through the website.
4. Remaining balance must be paid in CASH or Square through website
5. No kids or extra people!!!
6. Please be sure to book the right appointment type and all add ons…you will receive service you book no extras
7. 5 minute grace period if late. If you are more then 5 minutes late you will be charged a $15 late fee after 5 minutes. After 10 minutes your appointment is canceled❗️❗️
   8. No call no show, no new appointment. You will be charged your full balance. (Taking late appointments is under my discretion)
   
   Same day cancellation (within 36 hours of appointment time)= $25 charge Same day appointments= $60 charge (after 12am) (unless specified) After hours= $40 charge
8. 9. Complete address will be sent the night before your appointment.

10. All appointments require IG or Facebook page for verification of identity due to safety reasons NO EXCEPTIONS…if appointment is booked and you cannot verify through one of above social media platforms DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE
11. I do not work on damaged nails…if nails are damaged you will be turned away and asked to reschedule
12. Confirmation messages are sent out the afternoon before please ensure that phone number is correct when booking. If you do not confirm by 12 midnight you will be considered a no call no show.
13. New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit due to an uptick in new client no call no shows. The remaining deposit will be paid through invoice link sent to phone number on file.
14. Set must be confirmed before appointment. I do not do consultations at appointment. If set is not confirmed at least 20 minutes before appointment , appointment will be canceled at clients expense of 50% of service cost
