Get Bodied provides Concierge massage therapy. We have implemented guidelines to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. Please adhere to the following protocol and procedures. Please make sure you shower before I arrive. I will arrive 10-15 minutes early to setup. For the full allotment of your time it is a requirement that you are on the massage table at your scheduled time. Also I will wear a mask during all services and sometimes gloves. If you have any pets please put them up. If you are getting your child a massage you do have to stay in the room the entire session.
I will not do any massages in the Omni Residence (the apartment side). I will not travel to the Casino.
Lipo/BBL/Tummy:Unfortunately I do not deal with clients with drains. They are a liability & I’m not putting my license on the line for that
I do all my massage service and couple massages alone and if you want them done in tandem I need to know in advance to try and bring in another massage therapist. It will be an up charge on top of the service to bring in another massage therapist.
Splitting an hour massage is not allowed.
If you have more than 7 step and no elevator I will not be able to service you. Body Contouring:
All wood therapy, sauna detox blanket, hot stone, and body cavitation services is done in the privacy of my home. My machines and other items is too much to pack and costly if get damaged.
Scheduling & Deposit:
A deposit is required when booking. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Anyone who is at the party to receive a massage needs to stay until they receive their massage. I will not wait around or reschedule your massage because you left. At that point you will need to book an individual massage appointment.
Outside of Louisville (Jefferson County city limits a traveling fee will be add it on top of the service. The range is from $20-$50. If traveling more than an hour away please call to discuss.
Rescheduling/Cancellation must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in a NO CALL and your deposit will be forfeited.
Clients are able to reschedule and cancel upcoming appointments by clicking on the "Change/Cancel Appointment" link in the confirmation email.
Your deposit is transferable to your reschedule appointment only if clients reschedule 24 hours BEFORE original appointment.
Appointment cancelled without a 24 hour notice will require another deposit to reschedule.
Late Start Time:
If your appointment start late due to you not being ready you will only get that remainder of time that's left, or if it's more than 15 minutes after you will have to reschedule and you will lose your deposit. The reason is because I travel so if you make me start your appointment late or if I go over I risk of showing up late to my next clients house and that's unfair to them.
Only acceptable payments that I accept is what’s connect it to this scheduling system. I do take HRA, FSA, and HSA as long as it have a Visa or Mastercard logo.
