Vaccination Card Colors for second dose:

You need to wait at least 14 days from your last vaccination (i.e. flu vaccine) to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. This means you are not eligible until day 15 after your last vaccination.
Before you schedule your second dose, ensure you have waited the appropriate amount of time (see your blue/yellow card). If appointment times are unavailable, please wait until additional time slots become available. If you come too early between the 1st and 2nd dose, you CANNOT get your second dose.
If you want to reduce your time waiting, you can go to SCDPH and fill out the consent form online and bring it (Consent form can be found below or on scdph.org under COVID-19 Vaccine Information). Consent form is to be filled out for both 1st dose and 2nd dose appointments.
After receiving the vaccine, there is a monitoring period of 15 minutes (30 minutes for individuals with high risk reactions).
