All Consultation and Visit are by appointment only
- A non-refundable booking fee is required per hour, with an additional fee for extra hours. If you choose to have your garment made by us, the booking fee will be credited to your order.
Consultation Details
- During your consultation, you will have the opportunity to personally meet our designer, Hermione.
- You will work one-on-one with her to discuss questions, dress ideas, potential fabric options, and she will create a concept sketch.
- A final illustration of your dress design with full details can also be booked for an additional fee and will be sent to you by email or text within two weeks. The additional time is required to complete the detailed illustrations.
Pricing
- Custom garments start at $300 and up for kids.
- Custom garments for adults start at $500 and up for casual dresses, such as everyday wear or church attire.
- Custom Evening gowns and Prom gowns start at $1200 and go up to $5000.
- Custom Bridal gowns start at $3000 and go up to $10,000.
- Please note that these are estimated prices. The final price will depend on the fabrics you choose and the complexity of your design.
Booking and Production
- We accept a limited amount of work per month. No Exceptions. Please book your consultation in a timely manner.
- All items are made-to-order, with production times varying from 10-24 weeks (2 to 5 months), depending on the custom item needed.
- If an item is needed earlier than 10 weeks, a rush order must be placed at the same time as the dress order.
- For 4-week rush orders, email us for approval and instructions before placing an order. We cannot accommodate all requests. (Email: info@HermioneElma.com)
Rush Fees
Rush fees are for expedited service and do not include the cost of the custom item.
- Rush fee for 30 to 20 days starts at $228 and up, depending on the design and current workload.
- Rush fee for 20 to 10 days starts at $308 and up, depending on the design and current workload.
- Rush fee for 9 to 3 days starts at $350 and up, depending on the design and current workload.
