The intention of this free consultation is to introduce ourselves and to also learn about the services we offer. This way, you can determine what service would help you the most. It's a casual phone call, zoom call or in person meeting. I appreciate your time and interest!

Distance Reiki Healing Session

45 minutes @ $50.00

Reiki, Universal Life Force Energy, knows no miles and is very effective virtually. We'll begin your session with a phone call to discuss your goals for the session etc. Then you will get comfortable and settle into a place where you can be relaxed & undisturbed. I will be transmitting & sending reiki energy to you for the next 30 minutes. Afterwards, I will call you back to see how you are feeling, and let you know if I picked anything up intuitively that needs to be addressed.

Mini Intuitive Reiki Session - In Person

Session time: 30 minutes

This mini session is what we call a quick alignment 'tune up'. The same energy is present & the same intentions are held. This session is ideal for someone short on time or for a child/teenager that may not have the ability to lie quietly for an hour.

Intuitive Reiki Session

Universal Life Force energy is used to clear, heal & align the energy centers of the body (chakras). It is performed by placement of the hands on the body while the recipient is fully-clothed. Moon charged crystals and aromatherapy are also used to aid in restoring & recharging your energetic body. We will address any energy chakras that seem stagnant during the session and how you can promote movement and balance. The ultimate goal of reiki is balance of mind, body & spirit.

Intuitive Reiki Session + Chakra Nutrition Consultation

-Reiki energy healing
-Chakra clearing & balancing using crystals & aromatherapy
-Chakra nutrition consultation: Each chakra has super foods associated with them that aid in balancing & alignment.
