This is is an experiential class focusing on the 4 main forms of psychic perception: seeing, hearing, feeling, and knowing. Each week will explore a different sense, allowing you to deepen your capacity to receive information and identify the gifts you already have, with suggested exercises to practice between classes. We will consider ways to fortify energetic boundaries and become more conscious about how and when we tune in. Meets biweekly for 90 mins

This 2.5 hour workshop is a mini-retreat, beginning with a fast-paced Breathwork group to drop deep into your body and move through a process of release and recalibration. Then you will be guided into rest with an extended sound and reiki experience. Live and recorded sound will be offered to help you ground and return to the present moment. Finally we will shift into journaling and expression to integrate.

This in-person gathering is for recalibrating our energetic ties with those on the other side, using a practice I call Energetic Mediumship. Our circle will begin with stated intentions, then you will lie down and be guided into a state of trance as I open a field for the energywork. Live and recorded sound will support you as you recalibrate your energy across time and space. Let the presence of the group amplify your intentions, during this potent time of the year.

This is an IN-PERSON active, experiential group to support you in moving through areas of stagnancy.
We begin with check-ins and a brief introduction to the format. Most of the group will take place lying down, where you will be guided through a process of scanning the body, moving and releasing energy, and dropping into deep rest (an energetic "Rinse") . I will send energy healing to the group overall, and support you with live and recorded sound.

This is the virtual adaptation of my energetic clearing and release session, and is well-suited for trauma work, grief, and anyone whose energy needs a reset.

The session is active and collaborative, using somatic energy awareness, visualization, conscious breathing, and intuitive feedback.

The foundation of my approach is rooted in Reiki, and incorporates other energy frequencies and light trancework to facilitate working deep into the subconscious and unconscious layers.

This is blended reiki and coaching session, aimed at offering support and release for your child selves. Reiki flows freely through time, allowing us to more easily connect with the presence and energy of our inner children, even if we struggle with memory. Through compassionate dialogue and energywork, we will support and listen to the needs of the younger selves within. Inner child work is one of the most effective ways to improve self-worth and get to the core of esteem issues

This is a space held for deep connection and communication, with your guides and the vibrant energies that can support you. My style is conversational, and often uses metaphor to explore themes. The goal of these sessions is not to “tell you what to do,” or what the future holds, but to point you back to yourself and clarify your own inner knowing. While I will be channeling throughout, our work is collaborative, honoring your own ability to connect with your innate wisdom and intuition.
