Inward Vision: a Hypnosis Group for Self-Discovery

My approach to trancework is a blend of Ericksonian Hypnosis (a non suggestive form of hypnosis focusing on tapping into innate resources), visualization, reiki, and sensory awareness. This group offers an opportunity to develop your capacity for trance, and to experience greater relation and insight. The group is recorded for those who cannot attend live, and all participants will receive a recording that can be downloaded and used again.

Restorative Reiki Group Monthly Series (JUNE): Reiki and the Nervous System

This month's group will focus on recalibrating the nervous system. Much as the nervous system functions with branches that up-regulate and down-regulate, reiki has a similar quality of moving in ways that are generative and releasing. We will also explore the role of vocal toning in both nervous system regulation and initiating energy flow.

Solstice Breathwork Circle

1 hour 30 minutes @ $40.00

This 90 minute circle offers an opportunity to amplify intentions and feel into the "crest of the wave" energy that is summer solstice. Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice, allowing for deep connection to the body and imitates a trance state that can bring insight and clarity. You will lie down for Breathwork, and after an active breathing period you will be invited to receive reiki and journey deeper as your body rests. We will come together at the end to close and share.

Restorative Reiki Workshop: Guided Self-healing session

1 hour @ $25.00

Instead of the usual monthly group, this will be a one-time workshop of guided self-healing (with the addition of me sending you reiki). You do not need to be a reiki practitioner to join this workshop, and if you wish to receive a mini-attunement for self-care purposes or an attunement boost you can request that in the "about me" section. This workshop will also be recorded if you are unable to attend live and for your future use!

Restorative Reiki Group Monthly Series (AUGUST): Past and Future Selves

Frequently when exploring the potential for working with energy, we consider Reiki's ability to move across timelines. Most commonly this may look like healing our younger selves, sending reiki backward. But we can also connect to future selves, allowing them to become guides and supports. This month we will explore both, each session will begin with a check-in followed by laying down for reiki with a curated playlist. We will finish with sharing and connecting as a group.

My version of a “standard” reiki session, a more non-verbally oriented session meant to soothe and restore. I do sometimes receive information on the psychic level, and if I do I will share that with your permission, but the focus is letting the energy do the work. May include conscious breathing or dialog if appropriate.

Energetic Clearing and Releasing Reiki Session (Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn)

If you feel like you’re holding onto something heavy, you’re grieving, or you would like to do targeted trauma work, this may be the session for you. The foundation of my approach is rooted in Reiki, but I also utilize other energy frequencies, sound and toning, ritual, and light trancework to facilitate working deep into the subconscious and unconscious layers. I utilize my many years of experience as a trauma practitioner to work skillfully and safely, as we actively collaborate together.

13th Octave LaHoChi session (Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn)

1 hour @ $175.00

13th Octave LaHoChi is a quantum energy healing modality, that brings deep healing particularly to the spiritual and soul levels. This energy works with a different frequency than Reiki, and works collaboratively with violet flame, and archangel energy (please note that while this terminology has associations with religious concepts, 13th Octave LaHoChi is completely non-denominational). Especially for those who are experienced with Reiki, this can take expand that work in a new direction.

This is a package of three sessions, which can be any combination of Trancework and Reiki offered in-person in my new office location on select Sundays in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. This is a great way to do focused work around an area of your choosing, at a reduced price of $100 per appointment. You will also receive a flower essence (that will change seasonally) to support your healing journey!

You will receive a unique code after purchase that will allow you to book any combination of 3 Reiki and Trancework sessions. Packages expire after 90 days

Intensive Healing Support (3 month subscription)

I believe that having space held for healing work should be accessible to everyone. In my effort to make my offerings maximally affordable, this offering is the most cost effective option for those who wish to work more intensively.

This is a three month subscription, each month you will be billed $200 ($600 in total) and you'll receive a code to book two individual sessions of any kind (you can mix and match modalities, in-person and virtual).

Sessions roll over to the next month if unused until the subscription expires.

After three months/three payments the subscription will automatically end, or you can choose to enroll again. Please plan to stay enrolled for the entire three months, or consider a package instead for similar affordability.
