You've completed phase 1! Now it's time to do some healing and releasing to establish good energy flow. You'll want to schedule another one at the end of 6 weeks to clear any blocks are stagnant energy.

You'll want to schedule at least one more a week after this session.Feel free to come back to this session as often as you feel you need to.
