• IMPORTANT: If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card and ID with you to your appointment. The COVID-19 Testing Center will bill your insurance. Boise State or Boise School District students and employees who do not have insurance but are required to test by the schools will never be charged a fee for testing services. All other individuals without insurance will pay, with check, credit card, or cash, the testing charges.
• NOTE: Please schedule an appointment for each individual intending to test. For example, if you and a child are testing, you will make an appointment for yourself with your name and information as well as an appointment for your child with their name and information.

The Boise State COVID Testing Center is performing RT-PCR testing for both COVID and Flu A/B. For a successful testing appointment:

• If you have not tested with us before, after making your appointment you must still register at this link.
• Bring your Boise State campus ID or state identification card to your appointment
