Service Deposits

A non-refundable $35 deposit is required for all clients and services. Deposits paid will be applied to the total cost of your selected service.

Late Policy

All appointments have a 15-minute grace period. After that, you will be considered a no-show, and your appointment will be canceled if you arrive after the grace period.

Cancelations and Rescheduling

Services can be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled day and time, and color services can be canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours.

An additional fee will be applied to future service if your appointment is canceled within the maximum timeframe. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please refer to the original confirmation email and select "Change/Cancel Appointment."
