PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES
Only those receiving service need to be in the spa. We get your friends, family, children, partners, and spouses are super supportive and interested in what you’re doing, but we work better one-on-one. Due to liability and health department regulations, NO CHILDREN are allowed in the treatment rooms. We ask that you refrain from bringing them and leaving them unattended in the lobby, as this can disturb other guests. We may ask you to reschedule and charge your card for the full amount if you bring anyone under the age of 18 to your appointment unless they are the one receiving treatment. Our treatment rooms are optimally designed for one guest and a technician/ provider.
The card you put on file is ONLY to reserve your appointment. You will not be charged at this time UNLESS it states a booking fee is required. ALL permanent makeup services require a non-refundable booking fee. BOOKING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. You may transfer your booking fee through your confirmation email by clicking the cancel/reschedule button. Please bring a valid payment method at time of service. If you still have questions, please contact us before scheduling.
We offer a 10 minute grace period. If you are a no call/now show, the full amount of your service will be charged via the card on file. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within this time period, you can be charged up to the full amount up to our discretion. This is mostly represented as such: the closer you cancel to your scheduled appointment time, the closer to full service price you will be charged.
We do NOT offer refunds if you pay for services in full, memberships, packages, or if the service has been rendered.
Our scheduling system is in real-time and up-to-date. Sometimes, however, we do have available appointments that do not show on the scheduler. Please call us to see if we can accommodate you.
If you are wanting more than one procedure, please book same day back to back appointments for each procedure.
If you do not know which permanent brow procedure to choose, book Microblading/Powder/Ombre and we will discuss all three at your appointment and choose the right look for you at that time.
If you have prior work performed by another artist, a consult with Paige is required prior to booking. Please text pictures of existing work to 270-599-3191 to see if you can proceed with booking. This is required. If you show up to your appointment with prior work by another artist without speaking with Paige, your appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged up to the full service price.
