Required Deposit:
When booking, a $25 nonrefundable deposit is required, no exceptions!
If you try to cancel, or try to reschedule less than 24 hours of your appointment, a new deposit is required to book another appointment.
Your card will be charged in FULL of charge for the service you booked , if you no call no show .
Any offers, Deals, Raffles all require a deposit as well.
If the offer is discounted the difference will be reimbursed
If you have paid in full, need to cancel less than 24 hours the difference of the deposit will be refunded.
Refunds take 2-5 days or you may transfer your appointment to another day .

WHAT IF IM RUNNING LATE ?
Please text me and let me know as soon as you know you’re going to be late !
Only exception is five minutes late.
10 minutes late , will be $15 extra of charge or reschedule, you pick!
15 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule. I’m sorry .
What if I’m early ?
Please come in, wash your hands, pick your color of choice & have a seat .
I’ll be with you ASAP .
What if i need a balance and have nails done by someone else?
Please send me a picture of your nails , to determine whether or not I can work with them .
I don’t typically accept it , please don’t get offended.
If I accept it or it’s a late notice and I’m unaware until the appointment, it will be a +$15 fee on top of the original total .
Recommendations:
I suggest you just book a full-set and come bare nail’d , please !
My reasons for this are:
1. I have no idea what the current enhancement/product might be hiding.
2. I have no idea what products have previously been used to create the enhancements & therefore you may see a difference .
3. I may have a hell of a time trying to create your nails to my own standards.. I may have a lot of people walk away because of this but i hope each and everyone of you understand i just want to put my own work on your nails and have no issues , but the own i could fix✨

When booking for the permanent jewelry, the $25 non-refundable deposit is still required if canceling less than 24hr.
