A $50 deposit is REQUIRED to hold your scheduled session which will be applied to your tattoo total cost.
Please note: your session is NOT considered CONFIRMED until you have submitted the deposit on our website.
The balance of your tattoo cost will be collected the day of your appointment, after your tattoo is completed.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done 24 hours before your session start time, or you will forfeit your $50 deposit.
If you have paid a deposit online, and then cancel your booking online, the only way to get a refund is to text (415) 312-2400, and we will refund your $50 if it is a cancellation before the 24 hour window.
Simply choose the estimated size of your tattoo (by measuring it), your preferred artist, date, and time below, and then you will be directed to enter your personal information, and to a final page for payments.
Please book only ONE appointment per customer.
If you book a single appointment for multiple people (a group), Lucky Van’s will only accommodate the first client whose name is on the booking form, and you will be charged hourly for the extra time not used for the remainder of the booking timeslot.
Therefore, if you are coming as a group for individual tattoos, please make sure you book 1 appointment for EACH person separately.

If
you do not pay your deposit before your session begins or initiate a
charge-back on the card you used to book, Lucky Van’s reserves the right
to cancel your session OR reschedule you to a later time.
If you book an appointment online and prepay, but are not over the age of 18 upon verification of your Driver’s License on the day of your appointment, Lucky
Van’s reserves the right to cancel your appointment at the beginning of
your session, and you will forfeit your $50 deposit.
