I agree with the Terms & Condition below:

I. Service Package Subscriptions:

1.1 Frequency of Sessions: To ensure optimal results and consistent progress, we recommend scheduling therapy sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

1.2 Validity: All service packages are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

1.3 Notice Period: A minimum notice period of 3 days is required for the cancellation of a subscription, prior to the start of the next billing cycle. If you choose to discontinue the program, we will refund the net amount after deducting the costs of any discounted sessions you have already used, provided that sufficient notice is given. Please note that without adequate notice, refunds will not be available.

1.4 Booking: Therapy sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, subject to therapist availability.

1.5 Hypno-Breathwork Sessions: If a Hypno-Breathwork session is scheduled, charges will reflect the service type and will be billed accordingly.

1.6 Update Payment Details: If your debit or credit card requires updating, please kindly notify us prior to the start of the billing cycle. We will cancel the outdated card in the system and securely add the new card details.

II. Instalment Payment Plans:

2.1 Initial Payment: For packages purchased on an instalment basis, the first payment is due at the time of purchase.

2.2 Fund Availability: Sufficient funds must be available for each scheduled payment to prevent the automatic cancellation of the package. If the package is canceled due to non-payment, it can only be reactivated by fulfilling the original payment terms.

For Weekly Instalment Program:

2.3 Subsequent Payments: For our weekly installment plan, payments will be charged weekly as part of the conditions for receiving the discounted package. Payments are due weekly, irrespective of individual session dates, and continue until the total agreed payment is complete.

2.4 Multiple Sessions: If more than one session is scheduled within a week, charges will reflect the increased frequency, with payment due one day prior to each session.

III. Cancellations:

3.1 Partial Completion and Refunds: If the program is canceled after any sessions have taken place, the client is responsible for repaying the discount applied to the original package.

3.2 Payback of Discounts: Upon cancellation, the discount provided at the start of the program must be repaid in full, in addition to the costs of any sessions that have already been completed.

3.3 Exceptions: In the case of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, the cancellation fee may be waived at the therapist's discretion.
