This is a free drop off / pick up tax preparation service for households earning $57,000 or less annually and senior citizens. The site will be open February 10 - April 15 on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at 1205 Round Rock Ave., Ste. 106, Round Rock, TX 78681.
NOTE: Appointments are no longer available. While cancellations do occur we are unable to maintain a waiting list. Please check back often for appointment availability. As a reminder, the site will not be open after April 15, 2021.

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA)
When you arrive at the tax site please wear a mask and check in with the volunteers at the tables located outside the building.
Our tax site is located about 1/2 mile west of IH-35 in the Lake Creek Crossing retail center at the corner of N. Lake Creek and Round Rock Ave. (aka FM 620) near Short Stop Hamburgers and Freedom Church. NOTE: There is road construction in the area.




What to Bring
If you are unable to print and complete the required forms in advance, you will have an opportunity to do so during your appointment. If possible, make copies of your documents to expedite the duration of your appointment. If you can’t make copies, let the volunteer know and copies can be made at no charge. All copies will be given to you when you pick up your return the following week.
REQUIRED
- Photo ID for taxpayer (and spouse if married filing joint return), both spouses must be present at drop off and pick up
- Social Security card and/or ITIN cards and birth dates for taxpayer, spouse and all dependents listed on the return
- All income statements: W-2 and 1099, Social Security Benefits Statement and/or other sources of income
- Form 1095-A (health insurance statements) (if you bought your health insurance through the Marketplace)
- Amount of Economic Stimulus Payments received, if any
- For direct deposit or direct debit if you owe, bring a copy of a voided check
