Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to unwind before your treatment. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations will result in a $25 fee. No shows will result in fee of full service amount or credit. We do not offer refunds but paid credits may be transferred as a courtesy. Promotional credits or sessions are not transferable and expire after 12 months of inactivity.
** Covid-19 Updates: Please complete the Covid-19 intake form provided when scheduling your session. Falsifying answers to maintain an appointment will result in permanent ban of services in the future. We check your temperature upon arrival, no low grade fevers or above will be allowed in the spa. If you have tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 60 days, you must provide a negative test result after your positive diagnosis to obtain services with Miller Massage. We require masks in our spa for both staff and clients. You may remove your mask when face down in the session or while eating in the lobby, as we have a covering system to keep you safe and comfortable. We ask you please put your mask on when face up as needed. Thank you for your understanding on our strict protocols.
