Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to unwind before your treatment. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations will result in a $25 fee. No shows will result in fee of full service amount or credit. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON PREPAID SERICES OR PRODUCTS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Paid credits may be transferred as a courtesy. Promotional credits or sessions are not transferable and expire after 12 months of inactivity. We require a credit card to hold all appointments but you may choose to pay with cash at check out. Please review all policies before submitting any payments.

Please plan to schedule any appointments in advance as appointments tend to fully book in peak season. We reserve the right to switch therapists in an emergency situation. We are not always able to contact via phone for any last minute therapist changes. All updates on scheduled appointments will come via email only. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility!

Falsifying answers to maintain an appointment will result in permanent ban of services in the future.
