DEPOSIT & NO REFUND POLICY
- Divaforeva Lashes LLC requires a 50% Deposit for services priced at $50 or more. Deposits are not required for Infill Appointments.The deposit is paid through our booking site and via Square. If deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking the appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.
- ALL DEPOSIT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and will be applied towards your service.
- CANCELING 6 HOURS OR LESS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT OR A NO SHOW WILL INCUR A 100% CHARGE OF THE APPOINTMENT COST ON YOUR CARD-ON-FILE.
- Deposits are non-refundable and transferable One Time Only when appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours. This policy means that you are only able to reschedule your appointment with a deposit One (1) time. If you cancel the rescheduled appointment 24 hours or less or a No Show, the deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay an additional deposit in order to book once again.
- A deposit secures your appointment.
- Recurring guests may be asked for FULL PAYMENT if you have missed your appointment more than once; last minute cancellation/reschedule or continuously reschedules.
Cancellation & No-Shows
- Divaforeva Lashes LLC does not offer refunds, we do offer a 3 DAY GRACE PERIOD, FREE 15 MIN – 30 MIN to come in for touch-ups as needed. This does not apply to weekly infill.
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment SIX HOURS OR LESS:
- Divaforeva Lashes will charge your card on file 100% of the appointment cost.
- If you’re a No Show to your scheduled appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
- Illness: If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, · please DO NOT COME to your appointment sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick during your appointment, the appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. We will charge your card on file 100% of the appointment cost.
- A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or emergency. After that, the cancellation and No-show policy will be in effect.
- All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone. Appointment cancellations through text or email are welcomed.
Regular Infill & NO Foreign Infill Policy
• We do not perform infill services on work that was Not done by Divaforeva Lashes LLC – NO EXCEPTIONS.
This is to avoid the risk of mixing adhesives and materials from work done in other salons or lash artist. If you currently have lash extensions on, you can either get them removed before receiving your first new set with us or schedule an appointment for a complimentary removal and a full set. This policy is to ensure optimal retention and uniformity with our sets.
• If you have less than 40% of your lashes left, it will be considered a Full-Set on your next appointment. Infills scheduled four weeks or more will require a Full Set Appointment. To avoid this I recommend booking your appointments every 2-3 weeks.
INFILL RETENTION GUIDELINES:
• Quick Infill (1 week) - 80% or more Retention from previous set
• Regular Infill (2 weeks) - 60% or more Retention from previous set
• Large Infill (3 weeks) - 40% or more Retention from previous set
• Four weeks or More - Full Set even with great retention. We must remove all lashes that are grown out to prevent them from causing damage to the natural lash.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 48, 23 and 12 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks/months in advance. Since the service is reserved for you personally, please cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Guest arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointment.
*Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without notice. However, if you have booked but not yet paid for the service, we guarantee the price from when the appointment was placed.
