During this time we will discuss past health history, lifestyle, diet and nutrition, as well as your current health concerns and goals for the future. This initial consult is designed to empower you. You will receive individualized herb and supplement recommendations and a well plan that includes dietary and lifestyle information tailored to you.

Follow ups are for those who have already had an initial full consultation and will last approximately 1 hour. We will re-evaluate, celebrate successes and see what is working or what adjustments need to be made in your current protocol. A new well plan will be included if necessary. Follow ups are greatly encouraged to help you remain on track and present in your process.

Lasting 15-30min, this is a mini-consult for those that just have a quick and specific question. We will discuss basics but will not be able to tackle issues that are chronic or more personal. If a more extensive issue is found during this consult a full intake may be recommended.

Follow ups are hugely important to a client's success as they give the opportunity to re-evaluate, fine tune anything no longer relevant and celebrate the victories. In order to encourage follow ups, this package of one full consultation (1.5hrs) and one follow up consultation (1hr to be scheduled after the full consultation is complete) is offered.

Cost of services should never place hardship on life sustaining necessities, so sliding-scale consults ($30-$80) are offered in special situations.
